OOBE hangs up when running "reagentc.exe /enable"
After doing a full recovery of my system through PBR, my windows 8.1 pad blank screen and it hangs at running "reagentc.exe /enable".Is there any log that I can refer at this time to trace this issue?What's wrong with my pad?
